Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how personal data is processed when using TopFloorTrade (topfloortrade.de and topfloortrade.com).

2. What data we process • Account: email address and optional display name. • Trading journal: the trades and metrics you enter. • Requests: the content of your custom EA/indicator requests. • Access data: technical data collected automatically on access (e.g. IP address, time, page requested). • Settings: language and appearance are stored locally in your browser.

3. Purposes and legal bases • Providing the account and features (journal, requests): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract). • Operation, security and stability: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). • Optional features where you consent: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Authentication and database (Supabase) Accounts and data are processed via Supabase in a data center region in the EU (Frankfurt); a data processing agreement is in place.

5. Hosting (Netlify) The website is served via Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). Data may be transferred to the USA; the transfer is safeguarded by appropriate measures (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Cookies / local storage We use technically necessary mechanisms: a session cookie for sign-in and local storage for language and appearance. No tracking for advertising.

7. Retention We store personal data for as long as your account exists or as long as required for the stated purposes or by law. Afterwards it is deleted.

8. Your rights You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact: gf@pp-invest.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
